We are now able to offer high-quality and professional disc repair services at Collectors Quest! 

• All repairs are done with an industry leading, Japanese-engineered and manufactured EcoMaster machine, not the lesser Eco Pro 2 Machine

• We currently offer repairs on any CD or DVD based media – no Blu-ray or mini-discs/ Gamecube at this stage

• Discounts are available for bulk repairs, see pricing tiers below

• We are hoping to broaden our offerings to include mini-discs / Gamecube in the future

We Are Not Able To Resurface

• All Blurays due to their composition, this includes:

• PS3

• PS4

• PS5

• Xbox One

• Xbox Series X / S

• Wii U

While the machine we use is top-of-the-range and capable of some incredible feats of restoration, depending on the severity of the damage, restoring some discs may not be possible so please be aware.

• Cracked discs, dents, chips, disc rot, dual layer discs, warping, and damage to the label side of the disc cannot be repaired. 

Repairs can take anywhere between 3-10 minutes to complete per disc, so please keep this in mind. 

We inspect each and every disc after resurfacing to ensure they are as close to perfect as possible

Please send discs with tracking and we recommend paying for insurance if required. Postage to us will be at your cost and return postage will be a flat $10 rate. 

We recommend sending the DISCS ONLY in either a soft disc sleeve, spindle case, paper sleeve, Jewel case ect. Please don’t send them in the original DVD or case if at all possible. 

Once received, we will service them and then return the order to you using Australia Post with a tracking number. Please provide return details in the box when shipping to us e.g. address, phone and / or email. The process will typically take 2-3 business days (not including return postage transit times)
